In the dry, the GP is great, but because the tarmac out the far end of the circuit isnt as good as the indy section, in the wet its, well, a bit crap to be honest
So it says on the website there's 2 spaces available but also it's fully booked. What are the chances of driving up and trying to get on? I've left it late as I didn't want to waste another 500 quid on a wet day..
Give them a call, that happened on the Silverstone day I did. Someone had accidentally put it down as full instead of nearly full. Weather is looking pretty good for the day now too....just after I booked it changed to rain all day, now dry all day with a shower in the evening!
They are closed at weekends so can't get through!? Does anyone know a mobile contact? I don't want to hire a van / drive up there and be turned away. HELLPPPP

All set here too, and glad the weather is looking up. Have sorted both bikes so I can also take the Desmo for a few laps for a spin later in the day if it's still dry as a shakedown run before it's shipped off to Spain on Tuesday after a fair bit of work was done and I have decided to switch tyres (so it no doubt will need setting up differently again!). Bikes look sweet Kope. I love the idea of having a 999 wet bike! Will just take wheels with mine.....
Bah! Woke up this morning and it's heaving down, not really happy risking the bike so that's that I guess Gutted! Think my winter this year is going to involve sourcing and sorting a trackbike ready for next year, would be nice to use the Pani for the odd day here and there but it's not something I can use regularly I think. Hmmmmm

I'm sure someone will be long to slag poor old Focused Events off for cocking up the weather as well as noise testing.
I'm here now for a free spectate and it does look pretty slippery. Not many knees down. I'll throw up a few photos later as I've got the long lens in tow.
