Well today I was at the factory on the tour, and after introducing myself to Natasha I had to ask if there were any 899's around, she denied there were any there.... Anyway I've been to the factory before and won't bore or spoil it for anyone, it's a great thing to do, but as we approached the factory entrance after registration at the museum I could hear the rumble of a V-twin approaching from the side of the factory to the exit and you guessed it, yes an 899! I grabbed my mobile and started snapping, see attached. I also saw a few on the factory floor built up ready to be shipped (no bodywork when they leave the factory) and a pallet full of 899 cranks and conrods on full view, did make me think if they were on show yesterday. It also seems like a slow day on the production line with not much gusto, maybe corse has the same attitude to the GP13/14 Anyway enjoy the photo.
