Not been from Liverpool many times, but it is not difficult to get there. I don't rate the ferry terminal though. It was poorly organised, badly congested and nowhere to park on the two occasions I have had the misfortune to take that route, and one of those was on a normal weekend. I can't imagine what it is like at TT.
Last year i didnt see any signs at all. I asked a fellow biker and he offered to show me the way. My advice, keep going until you see water.....
No it's not .... but it's a straight run into town from the m'way and then the Albert docks/Pier Head are signed .... or simply follow the other bikes ! .... oh, and watch out for the 30mph cameras on the first section of road just as you leave the motorway! Enjoy.....
I'll be there on the 888 with the new wife on her S2R800 on honeymoon, going over 2am Saturday morning (Friday night) ouch. Should be meeting up with a bunch of other 888's so we should be easy to spot. What night and where is there a Ducati owners get together?
I'm off out on the 2/6 for 10 days I am a TT virgin. Dont think I have been this excited going away with the mrs. Not sure about leaving my 1098 out in the elements tho, ive not done that before.
