Darren I have seen these on fleabay and must say I was sorely tempted....got a second hand Mivv instead. If you r fitting a stock end pipe I can tell u now it's going to be very very loud! The silencing is done in the cat box, no cat box no silencer = very loud As far as performance...I cannot see how there can be a huge difference, as to me a pipes a pipe....Chris from CJS racing would probably disagree.
I think I read that someone on the lengthy 1200 Multistrada thread on ADVrider had bought one and was happy with it.
They look tempting, but if it is not marked as a gift then taxes have to be paid I think? How much would that be on top? Anyone know about these things?
I've never had a prob with bits I've ordered from ebay China, they usually mark it as "low value" or "gift". You may have to pay ya money and cross ya fingers, or check with the seller
Stevie, I have had a few things from China and never had to pay but here is a link to a calculator that works out duty due on importing from outside the EU on ebay
