Curry?

  1. So what's your favourite curry?

Mine's a Phall, the hotter the better for me

  2. Edwina phwaarrrr........I'm joking, even I wouldn't go where john majors been

  3. Chicken dhansak is my default curry in restaurants here, though I often go for a veggie option e.g. saag paneer. Our local takeaway has also started doing chicken chettinad (southern Indian inspired, with lots of curry leaves) which has become my default takeaway curry.

I could quite happily live on Indian food every day - after a week in Italy eating delicious Italian food, I come back with serious curry cravings. After a fortnight in India eating Indian food every meal (mostly vegetarian, though in homestays I had various chicken and fish dishes - mmm, kerala chili marinated mackerel, Punjabi ginger chicken ...) I come home wanting to cook and eat more Indian food.

  4. Edwina's daughter maybe. As long as I didn't have to talk to her.

  5. Chicken madras with green chillies
