999 Used bike of the year - according to Bike Magazine

  1. I have.....felt matched on speed. Couldn't separate the handling. 848 more canted forwards - weight onto wrists and through shoulders. I have my 999s with the seat/tank unit set backwards (I'm 6'4") so fits me better even with rearsets fitted. Happy to hand the 848 back and jump on mine...... :)

  6. It posts them ok in the other forum but when I upload them using the go advanced bit they appear upside down...I've tried everything to right it! I know I'm crap at IT but how hard can it be to click a few buttons??

    The whole difficulty is knowing which ones to click.

  8. was at local dealers today and a 999 mono with termi was next to a 1098r.
    it must be me but the 1098r looked wrong in comparison.
    the lines from the side were just wrong, the sloping lines from the front didnt integrate with the tail unit..

    but I did see this other bike and thought wow - lovely bike
