Drove to Cadwell, had a briefing and then drove straight back again Then took the bike for a blast into the countryside as a consolation
You can't miss him. He's is called Buster after "Buster Gonad" due to his unfeasibly large testicles. Or he will answer to "Gypsy Dog" being as he's quite thin and all ribs and bollocks. He will normally be seen partying and head down in a gutter at the end of the night too. You wouldn't think he had a responsible job, wife and two kids.
Brave move I quit my job 5 years ago with nothing to go to. Very liberating experience, I can tell you.
Fortunately, my previous manager has gone to a rival company, and in effect, I've been poached to go and join him. I had been trying to find a way out but as you say, at 58, I suspect my cv didn't get very far with most vacancies.
Today I took my MH900 out for a run in the sunshine.Didn't go very far and it took me ages to get off if when I got home. But it was worth it just for the buzz, grin factor, therapy, and the look at me  Silly old git
