You could always put new fairings on and do a Kope esk wonder paint job! Remember the Imola Paint job on Bayliss WSBK?
Not sure if anyone has seen this yet but thought I'd post it up, can't say it's very good Infact it's downright rubbish and their entire marketing team need to get in touch with the real world. Perhaps the KTM marketing team can help next time chaps
These Ducati teaser ads are rubbish. You don't see anything at all - thus there is no tease. Why they just can't have a catsuited lovely riding the bloody thing I have no idea. Works for most products.
So there in am with my missus in the maternity ward of the hospital, the doctor (not THAT doctor...) comes into the room just as a foreign number appears on my mobile - being curious I answer the call... and proceed to spend ten mins talking to a lovely Italian lady at Ducati HQ to thank me for my order an check my contact details! By the time id finished the call and made it back to the room I could feel the combined eyes of my partner, the Doctor (again not THAT one) the registrar, the junior doctor and even my unborn son burning into me - im the worst parent in the world!!!... ...Still, the SL should cheer me up ;o) that was 5hrs ago and he's still not put in appearance - must be an Aprilia fan!!
Let's hope for your wife's sake the little un is a SL version! Congrats on both accounts. Fuck I love this forum.
Congrats....on both accounts ones things for for certain, he shouldn't have much of a reason to cry a lot, if his old mans got a 1199 SL then I'd expect him to be a bundle of smiling joy 99.99% of the time
Hollywoodstig, Any news mate???? You got to get a picture up with the new edition (baby NOT sl) in that fantastic baby grow.
Morning all, sadly no news to report as yet - he's being induced (37wks) due to some complications my partner is suffering with... Anyone that's had a child by induction will be aware of just how much waiting around can be involved. However she is absolutely fine, the staff have been mega and the hospital is extremely nice - I've stayed in worse hotels! So for at least for a few more hours we wont be adding a 'Super lightweight' addition to the family. Thanks all for the kind words - there is a real communinty spirit on here, I'll keep you all posted on developments as they happen! ps - The Doctor baby grow is age 3-6mts and as he will be early he won't be wearing that just yet, nor indeed the AC/DC TShirt I bought him the other day... Missus not a fan!!
I'm finding it very hard to get excited about this. With clothes on, it looks like... er.... a Panigale With clothes off, all the magnesium makes it look like something that should belong to the Royal Artillery. As the Panigale has failed to light my fuse styling wise, and identical but very light and powerful Panigale isn't likely to do that much for me.
