In truth 95% of films from Hollywood probably fit this description. Very rarely does a film from there actually surprise me. The last being Little Miss Sunshine. Terrific movie.
"Electraglide In Blue" didn't make much sense either........but worth watching....... Electra Glide in Blue | 1973 - YouTube
Most Hollywood films are so predictable, you can see the ending coming up as soon as it starts - like Independence Day, or Star Wars. Mars Attacks is one of the few where you have no idea what is going to happen next, throughout. I like that.
The Twilight films, why the fcuk are they all so miserable, why the fcuk do the vampires go sparkly in the sun and what the fcuk is wrong with the werewolves? They make zero sense and are utter garbage. I even enjoyed Sharknado more than Twilight...
Totally agree with Attila - Twightight franchise : total and utter drivel from start to finish. Crap storyline, crap acting and crap CGI... Mindless rubbish for tween-agers !
Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes from Dusk Till Dawn and the Twilight films. I normally go for vampire movies but these suck! (Only saw the first Twilight film - stupid mopey teenagers (cast not just audience) and drizzly greyness meant there was no way I was going to watch any more). Loved Mars Attacks though. Film I've come closest to walking out of was the Fifth Element - intensely annoying although it may be that blokes are more focused on Milla Jovovich's stupid bandage clad character with a teletubby name to notice! Most laughably atrocious film I've seen was Battlefield Earth, which I saw just out of curiosity about whether it really was that bad. (It was!) All those who were afraid that this L Ron Hubbard John Travolta vanity project might encourage interest in Scientology be reassured - who would want to join any "religion" invented by the "minds" behind that dross!
movies for teeny girls and middle aged women that have pink, fluffy steering wheel covers, 'princess on board' stickers and a genuine need to grow the fekk up.
