  1. Danced and danced ...
Badly on a podium thing at a gig .
Then forgot the edge and nearly stage dived off it by accident !

    2. I had am admirer when I was 21 who came past twice a day past the window of my studio I worked in.
Waving and leaving notes on my bike.
We both had partners so nothing occurred.
    But he stayed good friends.
Just got an early Am message to say btw single again ... 22 years later! Crikey !

He admitted to me he used to go past on purpose just so he could see me and wave !!!!
I thought he had a shopping fetish!
    I thought that's really sweet !

Well that's all my friends in one week bar one couple who's marriages or long term things have broken up last week!:( :( not good

Possibly my last run out this year, tax is out at the end of the month, the local roads are getting covered in farmers crap so it's time to hibernate! Was a pleasant ride round and blew a few cobwebs out!

  14. Happy birthday!

I'm just wide awake. And have been for the past hour or so.

  15. I'm off to a job in Brighton in a bit, but I've got to go past the office and pick up a letter on the way. I already know what's in it, it's a warning, cos I cocked up a job last month. One partner told me about the letter cos he didn't agree with it, but the other partner went ahead and wrote it, forgetting that he himself made exactly the same cock-up not 6 months ago, difference being he's a boss and I'm not.

I think now's about the right time to demand a pay rise...

  16. watching Moto gp Qualifying practice for last hour ;-)

  17. A warning in writing without a formal meeting, your employers obviously know sod all about following a correct process or employment law. Ask them to show you a copy of the company's grievance and disciplinary process!

  18. Happy birthday Auld Fella. Hope you have a good weekend.

Went to doc yesterday to look into my dodgy knee (rugby injury 3weeks ago), she suspects either a miniscus tear or ligament damage, but needs swelling to go before getting scans sorted. Return in 3 weeks to see how it is and probably get a referral.

On the bright side, she did say I was young/fit enough to keep going once it is sorted, so I guess 43 isn't so old after all.

  19. Happy Birthday Phill!

  20. Had a pair of new Pirelli Diablos fitted to my SS today, interesting ride there on wet roads with old bald tyres, felt like riding on ice.

Dave Clarke Motorcycles in Oxford supplied and fitted them, proper old school independent, nice to deal with a family business run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts.
