  1. I'm glad its got the last race mainly as there is nothing worse (racing wise) when there is nothing to race for. So who would you like to see crowned champ this year? What part will Pedrosa play?

  2. Jorge for the title... Maq or his brother are going to win the next ten

  3. Ain't that the truth

  4. Jorge's been testing a more aerodynamic helmet and some revised geometry to the bike..

Probably one of the seven dwarfs, maybe Grumpy?

  6. Personally, I would like to see Lorenzo win again. Its too easy for Honda to be dominating in my opinion. Its just a shame rossi has lost his edge. He wasn't too nice with Lorenzo when he was Yamaha's number 1, who is laughing now.. I would dearly love to see more manufacturers taking part in the motogp class. Watching the classic gp races on bt sport and I cannot help but feel all this traction control etc has kinda spoiled the racing. Pedrosa lasted about 6 yards when marquez hit his TC sensor.

  7. imho
lorenzo has been the class act this season.
he has had very bad luck and in its absence he would be well ahead amd deservedly so.

im not a huge lorenzo luvee but he is undeniably fast and tough.

so to answer the question lorenzo.
MM winning it 1st time out is bad for moto gp in my opinion and to me just galvanises my view that although they are all good riders. electronics is where the war is won.

  8. It looks to me that MM is going to be the post modern VR, and deservedly so. I don't see how he can be bad for MotoGP, he has a personality, smiles and is a nice guy.

Agreed, it is unfortunate that he rides for Honda, maybe one day he'll get bored winning all the time and seek a new challenge, stranger things have happened.

Pedrosa will probably want/get a fairly good incentive for playing rear gunner on Sunday, possibly.

  9. Marquez, didnt like him in moto2 but hes proven what a great talent he is, shame simoncelli isnt there to rough him up a bit though. Although i admire lorenzos and pedrosas riding they are just so dull to watch.

  10. Heart- Lorenzo. Head- Marquez. He'll win it or crash trying.

  11. It's all about if Marquez can take the pressure. Jorge will more than likely win, Marc has to control himself and if he does that he deserves it, if he doesn't Jorge deserves it. Either would be worthy for different reasons.
In a race or championship you can only beat who's there at the time, to win a race is outstanding, to win the championship is 20 times as hard. I think whoever wins there will be genuine respect from the other. My choice - Marquez.

  12. didnt used to think much of lorenzo but he has really impressed me this season. he is hard as nails and i think hes great to watch (wish i could ride like that). he deserves to win imho

mm has been brilliant, from the moment he barged passed lorenzo in Jerez he has made me smile every race. i think its likely he will dominate the next decade. he might not be able to take the pressure of this race though

  13. Would prefer Lorenzo although I don't dislike Marc, just Honda!

Pedrosa could play a part of course and take out MM like he did Hayden that time (although not at Valencia)

  14. Ha Ha, imagine that

  15. That TC fail comment is sooo true.

  16. Pedrosa-crash trying
MM & Lorenzo will bash fairings all the way to the bitter end, tyre health allowing.

P.S. Rossi & Burgess to part company after this. Latest from MotoGP.com.

  17. Already on another thread :upyeah:

  18. I like MM just because he's a cheery chappy and seems so unfazed - bless him I just want to hug him to my chest

  19. I don't mind who wins it, but the strange thing for me is that all year and no doubt beyond I just have this feeling that Marquez is going to have a big accident or worse at some point. He is skilful, no doubt, but he seems to look like he is on the edge to me a lot of the time, maybe it just looks that way to me and no one else will agree, strange!!

I have never felt like that about any other racer that I can recall.
