im open to a next gen console but having had a play of the xbox one I'm somewhat underwhelmed with COD. the graphics engine in cod is very last gen and untaxing and it cant even run it at 1080. what happens when all the latest shading and tesselation is cranked up in new game engines There has been such a lot of noise about the whole "NEXT GEN" thing and this is just daft on release. I liken it to ducati releasing a new 899 motorbike with the latest engine out of a 748. having had a 360 and a ps3 im wasnt bothered either way with all the hype as I thought either way id be wowed with next gen performance. but now im leaning toward a ps4 but in no hurry. might just build a gaming pc instead
The last forza was great. Son mived his xbox to hos room ages ago so not played at all for over a year...when his new ones comes from Santa the old one is back in teh living room ;-)

I got GT5 for the PS3 and latest Need for Speed but don't seem to get the time to get on the blooming things....
While browsing Amazon for games for the impending arrival of the PS4, I noticed Gran Turiosmo 6 is due in a few weeks for PS3. How did I miss this ! There are some great new tracks including Silverstone, Brands hatch and The Bathurst mountain course ! I think I've just let out a little bit of wee ! :tongue:
Looks pretty good.... Always used to like the TOCA series as they had places like Castle Coombe on there. Think the series died but they did one called Race Driver: Grid which was similar....
I don't remember Castle Doom in any of the TOCA series?? Knockhill, which is/was an exercise in futility, and Bathurst which is excellent. Has Cadwell Park ever been modelled?

Aye, quick search tells me it was on TOCA3 on pc, which explains why I've never seen it!! Lightweight console junkie an all that :tongue:
Turns out, I never played TOCA3 after all, twas the first 3 on ps1 and race driver on ps2 (self awarded dickhead award duly given) soz!
