Let's face it as we drift into middle age everything gets your back up, basically the young piss me off with their good looks, cockiness and easy going demeanour I hate them all.

I think there are far too many inconsistencies in your story, the X-rays prove nothing (photoshop) therefore I deduce it didn't happen and you sir are a liar attempting to gain the sympathy of the forum.
yeah , it was a day I could have done without , also broke 9 ribs ,( punctured lung) , 4 vert , ruptured r kidney ,spleen , bowel ( had a bag for 8 months ) and mashed pancreas ( now diabetic ) lacerated liver and perforated diaphragm ...4 1/2 years later still cant walk without crutches ( I have spent more time on crutches than VD )..... 21 opps with at least 3 to go....... and the guy had already been convicted of careless use causing death . Should have stayed in bed ..... literaly , I only got out of hospital the day before after hernia surgery ,.... but it was a nice day for a ride. I hit the car , flew thru the air , hit a pole in mid air and landed in a paddock.... funny thing , whilst lying there I really thought I was going to catch my breath , get up and walk away.... but Ive been wrong before:smile: Hamish
That's horrific. Sorry about that. But while we are on the subject, can you tell us what the pay out was? Did they at least make you into a millionaire in a vague gesture of trying to compensate you? And secondly, what kit were you wearing (just so we know its limits in… er…. "extreme use")?
