.... Going back to the carbon water pump cover.... I had to get a longer bolt to fit the cover... The original bolt is countersunk so adding the carbon cover means the bolt is about 1cm too short... Also be careful tighting the bolt up as I know someone with a rather lovely xerox who split their water pump cover because the brass insert was not set properly and once torqued split the housing! Lastly... you can't see this with the fairings fitted...
The lower bolt with the Green tinge to it.....is the one that need replacing with the longer bolt.... possibly the top one too.
Yeah yeah! But there are things behind the fairing, things not entirely behind the fairing and things that are not behind the fairing. Honestly, without going outside to look, I can't remember which category the water pump fits into. You get used to seeing it around, and then can't remember if you are seeing it all the time or not. Most of my interaction with my bike comes from sitting on the seat riding it. I spend as little time as is consistent with pride of ownership, fiddling with it. Far too many other things to do!
I have a multistrada it's naked without this cover please sir... if not I'll post a picture of me naked next to my multi so you can compare... my eyes my eyes!
I vote you give it to Freak.... the prospect of naked pics of him next to a fuglystrada dont bear even contemplating....
Well that's it....... 'likes' counted and the results are in..... Mr C you have mail!!!! Thanks everyone..... Please do not 'like' as your vote won't be counted and you may be charged at an extortionate rate!!!
That for threatening to shit through your letterbox... Better get my clothes off then and get her indoors to snap me sprawled all over the multi... you asked for it...
Is that just an idle threat or have you just dug yourself a giant hole? Like Freaks last post if you want test his metal!.....and embarrass his kids!
