  9. Helped a mate make a birthday cake for his fiancé (turned out absolutely awesome) made the best cottage pie I gave ever made and now relaxing with a nice glass of red. Successful day

  10. I've gone deaf. Bit worrying really. It's clearly related to the throat infection I've got, but how much worse is it gonna get? Think maybe a trip to the walk-in centre would be a wise move tomorrow.

  11. UKMOC London meal last night so came home this morning and spent the day on the sofa recovering - left Wantz to tinker away


    It was the Irish disco biscuit cocktail that did it

    But my life thankfully isn't a Mike Leigh play either. :smile:

    If you get a fondue set, plan where you're going to get the necessary cheese from for it. You really need gruyère (easy) and vacherin fribougeois (maybe not so easy).
