  13. I watch it every morning ....
    I don't know how ?
I turn on my tv and it's Insanity , slim in 6 or that green steam mop :( :(

I think my TV is saying I'm a fat cow who needs to clean the house more :)
    Spot on..

That looks like a hernia waiting to happen!!!
But for a good cause bless

  14. Having watched many people smashing the Insanity work-outs in Afghanistan, where it is very popular with Soldiers; Watch your knees. Most of them ended up with injured knees. There's a lot of torsion and impact especially for people who are not used to moving like that. It's fantastic that you're making progress with your workouts but please consider changing to something else. Insanity is terrible.

  15. i have a friend who has religiously stuck at it for the last 9-10 months , it looks mental. depsite having the piss ripped out of him regularly, he has always done it every day wherever he is (even in lobbies and corridors of hotels when hes been away and not had space in the room)

but he has lost 4 stone+ and gone from doing 1.58s round almeria to 1.46s

    nuff said....

  20. And now look at you........

Brain on a shelf somewhere at the training school; pointy head with a tiny flat bit where the sandwiches took the last tip of the point bit off; squeaky feet; and a stiff right leg.........
