Great idea.....a v twin as wide as an inline four......can't understand why it never caught on. A master stroke of engineering tho, even if it's completely pointless! He probably made it.....because he could!
Trying to imagine what it would have sounded like?? Arguably the only benefit of such a faff would be an exhaust note to shake your fillings, a Mighty Meaty Motor Matey! Depends on the timing... as long as it didnt sound all whiny like an IL4 its ok. :biggrin:
