Are u asking how the daytona engine compares to the 848? About 20 less horsepower but a similar feel with if anything a lot flatter torque curve than the ducati even. On the road the Triumph works well riding the top part of the torque curve, just like the Ducati. Not revving it's brains out (although that's also fun)!
I only owned the 848 month and tbh if the dy jet don't make more respons it's going the Daytona is lovely bike in every aspect. Riding style is like ducati is size. The blade is the ultimate bike I am updating blade 2012 in few weeks the 675 Is getting upgrade cams valves springs head n ports getting skimmed and gas flown. The fairing are mat black carbon stickers .

I am doing most of the work, skiming get left to my mate engine centre in Ellesmere Port his guy eddy in there does me skimming favours. I did this on my blade & other bikes/crossers over the years it all helps if it's right set up, my body weight is 16st so every little helps with me.
