  1. I looked at that a little while ago.The guy selling it has some nice bikes for sale.I like it.

  3. Not a clue i'm afraid.

  4. It's listed in the sellers shop StileItaliano at 8900 Euro's (GBP 7429.87)

  5. Its up on his site shop for €8900.

    Doh, just too slow

  6. a friend of mine in Hull has an SB8r currently being rebuilt.
that has a slightly tuned Tl1000r motor.
I cant wait to see it back together.
always liked bimotas for their rareness.

  8. for 13 year old bike looks good decided to rich for me ..really looking for 1000 gt in couple of years when i get my retirement luimp sum ...
or buy this put bigger lump in it ??

  9. Caught my eye as well being short and poor sucks

  10. I think it's stunning, he's been trying to sell it for some time now. Last time it only made about the same (£3500) and failed to reach its reserve.

Probably worth around £5,500 same as a Superlight. Very narrow market though.

Perhaps if it's still for sale in the summer I'll have a punt, I'd like in my garage!

  11. Tricky buggers, Bimotas, worth £7500 but you have to be prepared to hold your nerve on pricing. It may take 12 - 18 months but someone will give proper money for a proper bike.

This is why I hate the phrase "it's worth what someone is prepared to pay" as that can vary greatly when you add the time factor in. automotive couture has a very small market, so you need to hold your nerve

For a very nice example I may be prepared to give decent money for the right bike, health permitting within the next 12 months

  12. Bimotas look like good investments to me. They are rare.
They are also different, fine handling, good looking and the best ones have a Ducati motor. What's not to like?

  13. I agree, the ultimate cool at a bike meet

  14. For a reason?!?

    Ummm, pushing them??

Saying that I'd still love one though!

  15. The main reason is that they don't make many of them because they are a microscopic little outfit. I can't see why a reliable Ducati motor should give you problems just because it lives in a Bimota chassis. The Tesi thing or their own 2 stroke are maybe a different story.

  16. Wasnt their wiring a tad 'iffy'?
Beautiful, beautiful machines, but I guess that it'd need a sympethetic and understanding owner, especially if was to be used semi regularly. It would make an interesting living room feature though...

  17. Italian, innit?

  18. If it was mine I would use a bit more than semi regularly.
