In work at the moment, heading off in a bit. Home, may go to local for 1, home for 5. Sister, hubby & kids coming over. Meal and some wine. Not moving into town. Weather is sh1t here at the moment. Enjoy whatever you do.

Quiet night in tonight for us... Was due to go round my brothers, but his wife is too annoying. Will shove a movie on, pop the cork at 12, then off to bed... Shame the weather is so crap, could have gone out for a New Year blast on the bike tomorrow!
Still at work. The party I was attending has been cancelled so will have dinner at home with Mrs BtD then head off to the local village pub.
Dinner at home and then watch a dvd-all this excitement with Mrs Mervyn.Highlight of the evening will be card game-I will probably lose as usual,but the taking part is the important bit?
My brother has gone skiing so I'v got his dog all week. She's petrified of fireworks so we have to stay in. So we are having a classic Essex dinner of Prawn Cocktail and Steak and Chips. :smile:
Bit of ironing, painting and similar chores. NYE is nothing special in my opinion (and kids are with their mum). also recovering from a very big session yesterday with old friends who I served apprenticeship with (1986-1990).
Reminds me of my boss - last minute dash to Boots , grab armful of smellies and creams - presented to his wife - one was for stretch marks - they had no kids - she said 'what's this for' his quick as a flash answer 'I thought we'd try for a child this year' - she was made up and he was saved. They now have 6 kids And oh having a Chinese later
Nothing, again. Drink at home. Me and the missus. We're in our 40's, son near,y 18 so does his own stuff. I figured we'd be swinging by now...
Going down my sisters house. she always puts a good spread on, then we sog a few beers down and at midnight I normally light some fireworks while setting fire to myself, all the best to every one have a good night.
First new year in a new home/country. Haven't even spoken to any neighbours yet. Off out on the lash all night in the expat pubs. Home sometime tomorrow before lunch, with a filthy hangover no doubt
