  3. It probably is man-flu, though I thought one of the symptoms was whinging and feeling sorry for yourself.
    But no, you can't have my bike because I'll probably be feeling wonderful tomorrow and will surely need it soon.

    It might turn into typhoid though. You can never rule this out.

Done my laundry, been for a run (posted a rubbish time), had an email chat with ex No.2 (how's that for random?), BS'd my way through a few threads on a couple forums, next up haircut and shower. It's a rare day off from work for me - that's two now in the past 12 weeks, they spoil us rotten here! - so naturally I've been busy.

  9. Just coming out of a particularly nasty flare up with my illness,they strike without warning.Luckily I know what to expect but after 3 years having it I am still in denial.Optimism will return soon and I will start looking at some porn.................of the motorbike sort.
    Current must havs are a 1950 Triumph 500 Grand Prix replica,a Ducati 851 Kit just spotted on ebay,and a new Norton Cafe racer that has been converted into a Triton by a Swiss company.All the bells and whistles including a big bore tuned up Bonneville engine complete with electric start.:upyeah:

  13. Done a 10 mile walk around the Breamish Valley in Northumberland. Pissed it down with rain again. The bad weather somehow makes the scenery and beauty of the isolation much more dramatic.

  16. Had a nice FaceTime chat with my daughter , so got to see my grand kids too. That was nice. A long call from ex number 2, (still great, no. Best friend) now killing time before spending the evening with my latest young lady . Who is very nice indeed. Looking forward to picking up my very first Ducati on Friday or Saturday .

  19. Forgot to add she is 8 stone marathon runner with a bod most teens would envy . And at 50, she is 6 yrs younger . Oh bliss ! !
