Cheap 900ss carby engine on fleabay

  8. I turned down an engine last week that looked like that for £50. It had been sat under a bench for 4 years and had a cracked crankcase on the rear mount. By the time you've.stripped and rebuilt it with new bearings/seals/rings etc it's not so cheap as it seems...

  9. Great comment but paint is easy to fix, if the crank is full of sludge thats a different matter.

  10. I'll have it at that price. I've got a spare bottom end so I could make one decent motor out of the two.
