  1. Don't know why, but it looks like a good place for a murder.

  2. Nah, blood will seep through the gaps in those unsealed rubber floor tiles, takes ages to clean up. Apparently.

  3. How much space exactly?!

At least there is the obligatory bin shot in there. Well done.....

  4. It's about 30ft x 25 roughly. Can squeeze six average size cars in just. Or lots and lots of bikes. Just no money to buy them to fill it

  5. Well jel...:frown:

  6. Finally have motogp in my garage!

  7. OK - Special offer to anyone within 10 miles of the M25 (or inside).
Top of the range heatpump (Fujitsu) 4.2kW heating with 3.5kW cooling.
5 year warranty, full professional install £1000 inc VAT.
This is to man cave only....not a house or 1st/2nd floor.

  9. Feeling the pinch mate?

    (I'll do it for £975...)

  10. Air Con offer man cave only (or woman cave...but that just sounds wrong)

Nah...If you knew me you'd know I'm better prepared than Noah on the rainy day front.

Just bored shitless...and no one is back to work until next week!
January is 50% booked already (some installs, but mostly third party repairs and maintenance).
Nice day tomorrow to get the Mutley out and about.

  12. Ok, I'll do your advertising for you ACT.

A grand for an inverter driven heatpump a/c system that burns less power than most fridges - and including installation - is the bargain of the century. Stop farting around with throw rugs and get yourself a climate-controlled mancave right here!

    P.S. What's my commission..?

  13. Could I interest you in a trip to Somerset? I might be up for it if you were. Let me know and we can discuss on phone.

  14. Yep I'd do Somerset, just add the diesel money at 19mpg return (beyond the M25 plus 10 miles).
Anything to get out of the house....going mad...

  15. As many loaves of bread as you can eat...thats assuming you are a real purple hippo.

It is true, however the maximum power consumption is a 1000 watts (4 amps), but once at temperature it will run at around 1/4 to a 1/3 of that. Cheap as Gas to heat, drys and cools. Also filters the air (removes the dust).
The ultimate climate control for your Ducati man cave.
Super quiet; I run the exact same system in my office and master bedroom. SWMBO is a concert pianist, so you can imagine what is was like to get her to agree to having one in the bedroom.

FYI I would normally charge around £1500-1800 inc vat for this system in a house.
Further my price includes a reasonable amount of mains work....I'm assuming you cave has a suitable power supply.

    What you get
    Me to install it.
Fujitsu ASYG12LE/AOYG12LE 12,000BTU FULL INVERTER HEAT PUMP (brilliant system, very quiet)
    Professional unistrut outside brackets
External isolator (IP67) (the best you can buy)
internal MK switched fuse spur (the best you can buy)
FP200 cable (double foil protected) (suitable for outside)
German ac copper 1/4 and 3/8 up to 5m (the best you can buy)
German 12mm thick continous lagging (the best you can buy; excluding the stuff we use on blood banks)
Pressure test to exceed requirements of EN 378-2 (so no leaks)
Fully vacuumed to under 450mTorr (removes all water to prevent acid build up).

A full installation cerficate and VAT invoice (so you could claim the VAT back if you run your man cave as a business asset).

  16. do you do norn iron???????????????

  17. me and my lad put in a daikin air-con/heat pump unit in our front room last week, fed up with paying through the nose for logs and coal, works a treat, also got one in my garage, only switch it on though when im in there working though

  18. I got a ducted split Mitsubishi in my bungalow. Works a treat but it's a fixed speed compressor. Can't complain though, it was brand new and destined for Starbucks in North Finchley before I intercepted it...

  19. sadly had to buy this one, but chucked it through my books anyway, my local daikin dealer had an offer on and tempted me, the garage unit on the other hand I removed from a factory so cost nowt and I charged them to remove and depose, in hindsight I quoted over the phone and when I got there it was a minter and barely used

  20. We're Daikin service partners and we get sod all discount from them, tight bastards:mad:
