  5. lol, it's like a breath of fresh air... I love Duc but man my Multi was a pile, clocks misting up, switches failed, forks leaked from new, ABS errors, engine was lumpy even after mapping, a stone split the front belt! and so on, all in a year on a brand new top spec bike.

BM will prob pack up but I've been prepared by the Duc year.

  6. Jesus, was that thing built for the new Robocop movie or is it made for rounding up rhino's!!!!!!

  9. Hope you get on with it Andy, you deserve some luck. A pal of mine that was too much of a shortarse to get on the multi got one in August and he loves it. All the best mate and keep us all informed as you go on.

  10. I'm not sure what to do with my Multi S. I've been frightened by all the possible problems I've read about on here, it's now gone in for the recall and some other issues with fuel indicator and rear brake as well. To be fair Riders Cardiff have been good so far so no issues with them but I don't know if I should hang on too it or sell it before anything major occurs.
Andy when I had a test ride on a GS 1200 water cooled I was disappointed by the gearbox very very agricultural and it stalled on me a few times for no reason, I think I'd stick with the air cooled one until they sort the new engine out.

  11. Tbh I'm gutted about the Duc, but the fekers let me down one too many times! First BM for me. I'm not going to slag of the Multi think mine was a bad egg.

  12. I found the box good mate, no problems, or no worse than the MS, I've placed my trust in BM with the new motor so let's hope hey!

I think any twin is never super smooth but I was sold with the BM, I'd say far better to ride in town than my MS.

  13. I heavily considered the BM, but the reason I went for the Multi is because 99% of my riding will be on road, and most of that will be on twisty roads if I can find them.

Had I wanted a bit more adventure, off road focus, the BM would have won.

Hope you enjoy it mate! And sorry you got a bad egg, there are always some laying around.

Mines been ok so far in the 2k miles I've done. Bar the recent development of the vibrations being much stronger.

    Good luck!

  14. mine is the road ver, don't know why it posted that pic. no good with iPads

  19. Really, I thought that one was stripped down to try and identify any faults resulting in the crash. Come on lads, keep things mature eh. Christ, you'd have thought he had murdered the pope!
