  1. likewise, was thinking S'ton, past Loomies, A272, A3 then through Godalming to Newlands, then A25 to Dorking, A24 and A29 to Billingshurst and A272 back home. Could A285 it off at Petworth and down to Foundry, or knock out Newlands and do A272 to Chalet then Foundry then A27 home (assuming Torquepen doesn't mind?).

  2. Go for it DesmoOtto :) Presently I'm hoping to get to the Chalet about 10 so it may not fit with your time table.

    I recommend the medium hotdog & onions at Newlands all :)

    Always good to have a natter and better ride back as not direct route. 10 deg at one point :upyeah: And the numpty makes a lovely bow wave

  19. About 1km South of Rykas turn West (right) on A25. It's on highest point of the hill (left turn in).

    Newlands Corner,Shere Rd, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 8SE

    11am??

    I ended up doing Chalet, Destination Triumph, Foundry, Bury Hill & the Old Mill House café at Wisborough Green (to get a fresh supply of coffee - the owners special blend :) )

  20. just got back from meeting Urbanfireblade (Phil) and non-forum Peter on tidy Monster 620ie (for sale) and Rob on low mileage 750SSie. A loud red Diavel came and went without stopping. 11 sounds fine for tomorrow :)
