  2. Very nice!!... :upyeah:

  3. Nice Scott , Bloke I know (Matt) over here is friends with whoever it is at Motocorse , he has an 1199s done in Motocorse colours with all the goodies.

  4. Thanks Pete,

It's Tony Forster at Motocorse, top guy mate.

  5. Matt and Tom (the other Motorcorse bike on the Island) are good lads.

  6. Cheers Mike, I didn't know Tony had left? Is Motocorse still there?

  7. I've seen that bike in the flesh and pushed it round the workshop. It's one if the lightest and easiest bike I've ever pushed...and I've pushed few ;-)

  8. When I sold it a couple of years ago Bradders, it is the only bike that I have ever regretted selling. So to buy it back this week was great!

  9. Cant race it with those wheels tho, don't think any of the clubs allow carbon?? Same as tanks.

Couple of us going to have a crack at occasional endurance and sprint race this year...

  10. Where you doing the endurance mate? I think the carbon is ok, the lad did a couple of golden era meetings.

  11. Dunno yet, working around venues and holidays. No limits do t allow carbon, not sure about hottrax

  12. Bradders,

From memory my 916 is 105->108hp @ wheel 68ish ft/lb torque. What would now be the best way forward for me to squeeze some more out of the old girl?

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  13. Take it to Louigi Moto down in bristol :upyeah:

  14. I will look them up bud. Cheers.

  15. Steve,

Thanks for the input Steve. I am sure I will be picking your brains over the coming months. I was going to get Tony at Motocorse to do the work but it looks as if it isn't there anymore?

    Cheers,

    Scott.

  16. This Steve uses Rich at Louigi too. Rich, like Tony, seems to have the knack of finding used good performance parts like sps cams so performance grades at reasonable cost. Plus Chris S is pretty good if you want a bit of flowing and polishing ;-) depends how far you want to go

  17. dont piss about , bung a 999s motor in. 150bhp and 80ftlb,

128 aint much for 916cc, I would be looking for high 130's or low 140's for a strong motor.

  18. As for those wheels, they re shit.......Ill take em off your hands though, just to do you a favour.:upyeah:

  19. haha....I'm sure they would love me in the Golden Era pit if I did that!
