Well it's the 19th and the sun is out (for how long I don't know) so lets hope you documentary is spot on and we can all start looking forward to nicer days soon, I'm luck in my work I have a 4 on 4 off shift pattern so I don’t have to wait for a Sunday to get out and about, could be any day of the week for me as soon as the weather is nice I am out and about, Wife works mainly 9-5 Mon-Fri so we shop Saturday then if sunny it's a ridding day Sunday for me. Guvs.
On nights this weekend, so it doesn't matter if its dry all day, cause I gotta ride morning and night.
Well, wrapped up well put my thermals on and managed about 20 miles this afternoon, lovely jubberly!!
Pretty much the same here. Went from Stourport to the cafe at Bridgenorth, cup of coffee and back again. At least it got the belts, engine and oil moving lol.
I never get the biker blues. I ride everyday Sure it gets cold but you get to slide the bike around at sensible speeds. It's great  Be ready for my next post about how I binned my bike sliding about in the wet.
Could not wait any longer. It was dry today and roads were dry by about 2pm. The pani had to come out of the garage. Only had it for 4 months and not ridden it for 2. I love it. Can't wait for warmer days.
Been out for a 50 mile ride today. Weather was as good as it gets this time of year. Bright and sunny and dry where the sun manages to catch the road. Took it gently ( on the whole) mind. Heated grips and handguards FTMFW.
aint been out on my road bikes since Christmas eve, but my KTM dirt bikes getting lots of use, 2 outings last week as works pretty slow, id go stir if I didn't have it ; )
Nice.... i managed to get out yesterday ! Yup, roads were dry enough. managed to burn off a tank of fuel too. Made my weekend. Couldnt find the gopro charger.. :-\
So far a bit of a poof's winter. Not really cold and barely any snow. The upside is I can actually get some stuff done in the garden which would normally wait for spring. This should free up time when the heat returns for ... biking. I can't be bothered with sub 10 degree biking. I should really be skiing.
Most are. I just dont fancy trying to have a bit of fun on a twitchy sportsbike in lashing rain / cold roads and the trying to see in the dark.
