  1. Great news, been a few times and stayed over for the Ace Brighton Burnup which makes a brill weekend.

Now if we can petition the B+B owners to take single night bookings instead of the 2 minimum most of them insist on........

  4. Great news, this is an historic motoring icon that should go on. Like the TT people will always be in danger, but that is motorsport for you and there are plenty of people willing to step up to the mark to participate.

  5. I don't mind Friday and Saturday nights in Brighton to be honest, just object to it being compulsory.

Lucasz I would be interested in a deal at Hilton, 75% off would be handy. Think we paid £70 pn for a box in a loft about 3 years ago.

    Cheers Keith

  6. Bring your own tent and camp on the beach.

  7. If it is not a smooth sand it is not a beach Pete.

Brighton "beach" is more like demolished building

  9. What, and give the paying customer what they want?! Pah

  10. A beach is a place where you can lie down but naked and 1h later be able to get up without your back being broken. Sorry not a beach in Brighton. The above definition is just one of many that needs changing to reflect rest of the world view.

You know just because you brits ended up with short straw in form of demolished buildings on sea side doesn't give you the right to play with definition of the word Beach :p

  11. Any beaches in Poland you can recommend?

  12. Anywhere you go it has sand but best by far are those two:

    1. theWind - S (Ignore the music guy must have been smoking shit)
    S

    and here:

    Wladyslawowo:
Let me google that for you

Obviously you could hit one of the bigger tourist towns and in general towns like "three cities"
Mainly Gdynia and Sopot for beaches but big part of Gdansk as well.

    Gdynia:

    Sopot:

  13. Obviously you could be talking othe "Beaches" in which case any main transit road attended by truck drivers. Anywhere there is a small forest by its side ;)

  14. Sorry lucasz was taking the piss thinking Poland is landlocked, doh. They look nice, but Im not really beach person. We like oldy worldy town/cities. Loved Krakow a couple of years back, a beautiful city. A highlight was a metel band playing in a square with a miked up angle grinder spraying sparks into the mosh pit and film of Auschwitz showing on back drop. Some kind of left wing benefit from what I could work out. Also £2 for a 3pint jug of lager happy hour.

  15. Then Gdansk old Market area or Warsaw old town is also good. Malbork is good as well, especially castle.
