a very interesting read.... Rating The Factories of MotoGP: Honda, Yamaha, & Ducati Seen from Bologna, the problems of both Yamaha and Honda seem utterly trivial. The list of problems faced by Ducati are very, very long: the bike has chronic understeer, an engine which is too powerful and too vicious, a lack of feeling at the front end, and it requires a lot of physical effort to ride. It is too long, the swingarm is too short, and the gearbox output shaft and crankshaft are in the wrong place. But apart from that…
Thats a cracking Rossi quote .“fortunately we only have two problems: the engine and the chassis.” v.rossi 2011
Honda are runing away into the sunset....That RCV is incredibly reliable, fast. forgiving and the envy of the paddock. I feel sorry for Lorenzo, he'll be al alone this yr against HRC, Yamaha have nothing to give him (?). Pathetic if you ask me. Jorge is the only one who will put it up to the might of HRC. My personal opinion is that Ducati should concentrate of WSBK before motogp. You cant fix two puncutures on one car at the same time with one trolley jack if you get my drift.
Honda have the best bike on the grid, but despite Marquez being amazing, in my opinion Yamaha still have to the best rider in Lorenzo. Ducati, well I think we all know 2014 won't be a championship year
Marquez/honda ... Quit a combo .. It s marquez that pushed lorenzo to be his very best in his very first year beating the ultratuned jl/yam. Who the year before toyed with DP ... Smashed records like flies . And took poles by slicing whole parts of seconds on his last fast lap.... As the french say : faut le faire ..
some interesting insight into Ducati's potential decision to run all the bikes in the open class........ Ducati Set To Shake Up MotoGP With New "Open" Strategy
glid .. same feeling here.. especially the fact that the light has come to stop trying to beat H&Y at that game they are unbeatable in .. Forza!
It's really interesting to find out how Honda and Yam create the rules for a championship to make sure that they win it. It will be highly amusing if Ducati sidestep those rules, think outside the box (sorry!) and find a different path to victory. Egg on Oriental face.
