Just fitted tomtom rider to bike

 

Went to dentist who has referred me to hospital for some work.played table tennis with Mrs Mervyn and won.Helped cook a beef and black bean sauce stir fry.Now been beaten at cards by Mrs Mervyn and honour has been restored.Will now look at some bike porn before I retire to bed with the latest copy of Classic Bike Guide.Oh yes,we know how to have a good time here in Horsham.

 

Been in bed since friday with man flu but felt better today so got out in the garage for an hour. Disappointed both the Brembo billet master cylinders have suffered from being stuck on a shelf so have been sent to Bike Torque Racing for a refurb. Better news is the RS 200mm rear disc and RS Brembo rear caliper have been bled successfully and work astonishlingly well. Also fitted a modified front wiring loom and surprise surprise, the engine starts and sounds really fruity with the 50mm 996 sps exhaust. Not sure it's less than 105db but I'll sort that later. Soon off to Moto Rapido for a full engine service and then a dyno to see what it's making. End of March, Cartagena here I come :biggrin:. Andy

had a great dentist about 8 years ago, an Iranian dude. first time i used him was for a bit of root canal stuff. at the end of the treatment period he asked me if i recognized him, which i did, but know idea why. it turnd out this fella had been up in oban the year before having a wee recky got a puncture in his big people carrier on a Friday late afternoon and no garage would help him. came round to our place a luckily for me, as it happens caught me in a good mood. if you where a dentist what would you do to a person that told you "sorry mate to busy" in your hour of need.
