Well it's 2 years to the date that I took delivery of my Multi & I received a customer service survey from Ducati recently which naturally I completed. Has anyone else received one, I've not seen any mention about it on here or the other 2 main sites? I don't regret buying it & would do again tomorrow.
As tempting as it is to say I received a Ducati watch or aftershave as previously on one of the other forums no I didn't. Infact the oposite, it's booked in for a service on Friday so I will be giving Snells a present instead.
I got an invite to complete an online survey a couple of weeks or so ago..........I took the time to comment at some length but heard nothing further :-( I also need to get to the Dealer to get the 600 mile service indicator cleared (at 8000+ miles.....after new dash) - I can't believe that at the time of replacing a faulty dash there's no way to program the new one with the correct mileage! And of course all future service reminders will come up at the wrong time....CRAP
My dash has been dodgy since about 1k, warranty replacement approved but I refused fitment...if you want to do it now, either get the mileage right, or turn the f*cking service thing off, because if you don't I'll end up throwing the clocks back through the front window in anger.
I was aware of the outta sync service reminder problem in advance but had no choice but to have the dash replaced as the bike was dead! :-( Good advice to have dash replacements done at the time of a scheduled service if possible.
Received 2yr survey yesterday filled in and returned, has any one received any feed back from their survey return. Not booked in till second week of July for 2yr service when I will have to raid piggy bank.
