Del Amitri. Saw them last week in Bournemouth......what a songwriter Justin Curry is. One of my favourites - Sleep Instead of Teardrops. Kills me every time. There was never an official video so its just a bunch of pictures from shutterstock......best listened too rather than watch the video. There's a load of live versions too which are worth a look.....hidden gem this song.
Ha! Turns out I have an Interkosmos song sitting in my library, so there is a precedent :smile: Eleven minutes in and it's still holding (read, squeezing and crushing) my attention. Maybe I'm in the mood for mind-altering music but this is pretty damned good! Thanks Chris :biggrin:
Have seen them 3 times live. One of the rare bands that's better live than on the album. Easily my favourite band of the last ten years
These guys impressed me. It's one of maybe three CDs I've bought from a charity shop simply because I liked the cover. The music itself pleased me very much :smile:
