Moto GP 2014 How are we watching this year ?

My broadband is so bad the streaming option is a no go and I'm not getting Sky so it looks like you tube for me

 

Ive got BT B-band through work - but someone told me that because its corporate - I wont get BT sport - Got fed up of trying to speak to customer services - does anyone know the answer ? Thanks, Nat

Spread the word. Get pubs involved via twitter, I tweeted our local community site and asked for retweet and a local pub replied.

I will be getting BT broadband anyway and watch through skybox.

It appears to be 99.95 Euros for the full 2014 season, that seems a bit pricey to me.

 

If you have Internet service through sky ph them and tell them your cancelling their internet service as you need it through BT so you can watch the motogp they will then reduce your bill by £12 a month to keep your custom and u use the £12 to subscribe to bt sport so your not out a penny worked for me and 2 mates easy peasy!!

 

Only if you're out of contract or getting close to it. I tried the same with Virgin and they wouldn't budge at all.

Yes agreed, even if the local pub that has responded to my tweet does show it, it'll probably be on the smallest screen with volume turned down.

For those who do have access to BT Sport, I noticed today that they're showing some 'MotoGP Classics'. Which today, is a couple of races from 2012. Not sure they're classics, but nice to see they have access to the back catalogue, and are warming up their coverage.

 

My local does show motogp, but only if it doesn't clash with other big events. And I'm not sure they'd be happy with me waking them up to watch the fly-away events...

 

I wont be paying any extra now that Eurosport dont have it.

Looks like I will be going without.

 

My personal feeling is that I already pay enough for all the other rubbish (ie the BB fucking C spending my licence paying money on yet another adaptation of Oliver fucking Twist....) etc etc with Keira Fucking Knightley pouting her way through it...on a side note I really like the Jack Ryan films but I think its knackered now she's in it...(gets off soapbox)

Rumours suggest that one of the team will be Neil Hodgson.

 

I'm not gonna pay BT for something I used to get for free on Sky. I will go without - and hopefully the majority of watchers will do the same and the viewing figures tumble. I feel rather bitter about this. Just have to wait until some bright spark comes up with a way of watching it for free - a friendly youtube uploader perhaps?!...
