well they decided to inform me today that they have been overcharging me……for at least 15 months having got the night time readings and the day time readings mixed up……apart from the fact its that complicated you never really know how much you are being charged, and the fact that they are charging an obscene amount for what is an essential service, plus I've changed several ties over the years as their customer service is as shoite as all the other thieving basted companies, how cooking difficult is it... Still at least the powers that be have got on top of their greedy ways...
... and a hearty welcome to the return of the standing charge - just to really say fuck you to the powers that be. They're all as bad as each other and will fuck you over without a second thought, twice on Tuesdays. I never imagined it was possible to get angry about an energy provider, as you say, bastids ...
But on the positive side Andy,you are getting a refund,I know that it would have been better in your account rather than theirs but you might be able to spend some dosh on your somewhat underpowered Putt Putt..............:wink:
