I have just been browsing Kopey's excellent thread http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f76/1199r-trackbike-project-7575/ . I thought I would go back to the start because after all this is the best build compilation around. Now when I go back, and this could just be in my case , hence why I am putting this into the lounge and not just PM-ing Rob , I find the earlier pages photos are now attachments which when you click on , come up as invalid attachment notify administrator . Is this because there is now so much info on this thread that these photos are being condensed or some other reason, forgive the luddites approach here but this has really diminished what is an informative thread. Solution please Mr Rob . Pete.
It might be because Kope has had to remove/delete some photos from his "allowance " if he was getting near his limit. Has happened to me, when I cleared some old pics out, it deleted them from threads. no doubt I am talking rubbish(again), but an 'expert' will cruise along shortly and elucidate for us all.
That could be the case , then that would be a shame as eventually over time each photo would be lost , rendering the whole thread a non event really. :frown:
Explain further mr expert , how many pictures can one see without donating.? Is there a limit? -by number? Date? a lucid explanation is needed.
By donating doesnt let you see more pics. Just lets you post more. It wont gice access to kopes old pics. The project threads should have unlimited pic allowance
Yep Kope would have removed the photos from his allowance and yes a shame. If you pay a sub, you get much more storage space, but sadly this isn't unlimited, but as FE says, you still wont be able to see photos if they've been taken down mmb
I reiterate the Photobucket wheeze. I haven't posted any pics not using this method for ages. It would appear you can post as many as you like this way, and should they disappear from the forum, you still have them on Photobucket.
Hi chaps - I upped the upload limit considerably a couple of weeks ago - I think everyone gets 500mb of space, and subscribers get 1gb.
I just checked. Registered users have 1GB and Subscribers have 4GB of storage space on the forum. Maybe Kope uploaded his pics before I changed it
