Road trip round mid wales in may.450 mls of fantastic roads ending up at shell island where i thought i'd go all 'dakar' in the dunes....i got stuck lol

I plan on doing a full post on how I checked & adjusted my valves and replaced the timing belts. But I've been working alot of hours and haven't had time.

 

I would be very interested in that!

put on some touratech stuff, tankbag and large cases, different GPS mounts and new Metz Z8 rain optimised tourertires...
what you don't see is the heavier springs front and rear to cope with the large weight differences from 1 to 2+L..
haven't tried them yet but am lookling forward...

France and Scotland planned the coming months!

The pic of my quite heavily modded (to some eyes propably totally spoiled) MTS 1200. :wink:
The bike was originally basic red... then something strange happened during the first winter :tongue:

A bit of Mad Max look (modded side panels & matt black paint) accompanied with some ducati stickers / red & white stripes. Works for my eye!

 

I don't dislike that look at all.
