...if you see this MTS1200 Granturismo up for sale..."one careful owner" and all that, I recommend you think twice unless the price is way down low ;-) .....
Close but no cigar.... Weird camber and unusual road surface ;-) .......no oncoming traffic... Nope....definitely none around
Head position wrong though on first picture. He's looking down into the bend. Should be looking up and out. Lot of data logging crap on it imho.
Is it the bike they should have released with no tax disc holder, non misting dash, awesome rear brake and non acidic coolant? The MK3 Multistroodle Do!
MarkH got it......damn and blast, too quick! lol The "one careful owner" is Ducati Uk............but it was their Press bike last year so will have been 'well used' at times! Location: Millbrook Proving Ground (amazing place!) When: 01Jul2013 - semi-active suspension test and comparison I was lucky enough to be invited along for the day at Millbrook......ok, to be honest I was lucky that Simon (Simon Hargreaves, freelance biking journalist) was agreeable to my inviting myself along! lol Forum member 'DukeXTC' aka Pete gave Simon the loan of his MTS1200 'Standard' to use as the benchmark i.e. a bike with passive suspension. What a great day out, decent ride up to Millbrook, insight into what goes on behind the scenes for some bike magazine articles (the planning and preparation....the technical prep of the bikes with the data sensors etc was very interesting) and the icing on the cake was being driven round the site - a run round the banked track and the 'mountain pass' roads were the highlights! I have 200+ photos here: 2013 MTS1200 Tests at Millbrook Proving Ground - AndyW-inuk's Photos ...courtesy of the photographer on the day, Jason Critchell And here's the article on my website: Motorcycle Info Pages - MTS1200 Reviews & Articles > Ducati Semi-active supension ....sorry Mark, no prize
