  2. Nasty, can't see Bridgestone doing much before next race at the weekend, might be grounds to cancel the race.

  3. Crikey, that tyre looks like the potholed tarmac on my favourite road. How do they still go that fast when the tyres like that?

  4. They dont they pull in. On the plus side it shows how much rubber is on a slick before its onto the carcass!

    Rest of the grid ok so a one off. Didnt WSB have similar issue at Assen with wets?

  5. Not so, Ben Spies had the same thing it just took longer to get bad.

    His last race lap was done at a snails pace and hence why he lost 3rd. When they checked it at the end it was doing the same as Rossi's.

  6. And Hector Barbera had the same happen on the right shoulder of his too......so there's three and counting!

  7. Didnt they have this a couple of years ago too? Seem to remember lumps coming from the tyre. You wonder if every now and then a batch is produced which is just off (Friday afternoon stuff)

  9. The 500 2-strokes used to chunk the tyres regularly. Guess it's not something that's easily fixed.
