I think 3D printing is not the right way. I tried it on my own 3D Printer, but the material is not strong enough. I think you should use the lasersintered Material, because it is strong and flexibel enough to work a very long time. Give me your E-Mail adress, i try to send you the 3D Datas in the STL-Format.
