Although I bought this suit at the end of last year I have only now discovered that the body is too short for me. Being Ducati branded I thought I'd give the chance for someone on here to buy it first before it goes on Ebay. I'm 6' 4" and 17 (and a bit) stone and I managed to get both legs, one arm and one shoulder in before my bits cried foul so I reckon if you are 6' ish and say about 15 maybe 15 1/2 stone and in proportion, that is neither long legged or long bodied, this should fit well. If anyone is interested PM me and I would suggest that learning from my mistake, try it before you buy it. Before you ask I am open to sensible offers and am looking to cover the cost of a new replacement Dianese 2 piece Ducati branded jacket. Offers of cheesy wotsits and/or chocolate, either opened or unopened will be politely declined - I'm already a fat bastard and I want to lose weight not bloat even more . Andy

  2. Did you not try them on before you bought them?

  3. El Tel, half way down the advert, "learn from my mistake". No and I'm pissed off at myself becaus they are a stunning set of leathers. Having already bought fabric Dianese stuff it didn't occur to me that the leathers would be completely different in size and it was only after a bought them that several posts on here highlighted just this fact. The other issue was when I bought them I was over 18 stone and knew they wouldn't fit until I got off the pop, bacon sammies, curries, chinese take aways, chocolate, pop, bacon sammies .......... you see how it is ? Andy

  4. Get them altered by someone like ninelives leather alterations.

  5. Unfortunately I need leathers to pack for next weekend as the bike is off to Cartagena. Anyway probably need to slaughter another cow to make up the difference and I've got a 2 piece now so it's academic. Good idea though . Andy

  6. I wasn't trying to be a smart arse. but when it comes to a serious amount of dosh being handed over (which I assume it was) then I would have tried them on first then bought them over the net.

And yes they are a stunning set of leathers - and I'd have them off you if I was a taller, and fatter, knacker

  7. Sooo tempted but I'd look even more of a tool than normal !!!!

  8. Ooh I dunno Dibble, I think you'd look quite luvly in those...

  9. No, that's okay ET, I didn't mean to be mean, it wasn't intended, the post was inordinately long. :upyeah: Andy

  10. Dibble, looking a tart is all part of the fun . Andy

  11. Looking a tart is almost essential.

  12.

  13. One must attempt to look ones best in leathers.
