Everybody out there do yourselves a great favour and get the following. I was actually considering swapping but not now. 1. PR3s 2. Shorty carbon screen. how the hell changing the rubber can transform the bike I will never know but it has. Lost the noise and turbulence with the shorty screen. For the first time 100 percent happy with the bike.
Tyres are a personal thing. What one rider hates, another will love. Glad you have found some you have confidence in.

PR3 are brilliant in all conditions and I always wondered what everyone was on about with noise and turbulence as my PP doesn't suffer but realised it had something to do with shorter screen.
I've got PR3s too. I had them on my RT and was well impressed. Next time, though, I'll be going back to PR2s or BT023s (or maybe those new Metzler Z8 Interacts that MCN lapped a wet circuit 3 seconds quicker on than PR3s!). The 3s aren't a vast amount better than 2s and the 2s are a fair bit cheaper. Had PR2s on my Fazer on a monumentally wet Cadwell track day and they were stunning. BT023s are almost as good, imho (had them on my Fazer too), and feel nicer in the dry than the Michelins.
