Got mine toda and went to stick it on....Dude, they are shocking! When you peel them off the background the r & u vanish never to be seen again and the rest of the letters can barely be seen!
Mine have all the letters. Fin cant read anyway. I suspect he is alluding to 'RU' being written in white. But once its stuck on something it will be fine. Unless its a white thing. But I'll be putting one on my screen. Which has a dark tint.
You're right. I have just got Mrs Rowley to show me on FaceTime. Anyone that has already ordered, I can either refund completely or I can order some more stickers and have the colours in the word 'Forum' as more solid colouring. I apologise unreservedly for this mistake. If all those who have ordered can email me on the same address they paid the money to with their choice of refund or replacement I will get on to the sticker company. I'm sorry again.
Stuck it on a black a black visor... can assure you no letters re-appeared. Happy to have one re printed. No fault of your own.
I have just called the sticker company and spoken to a guy called Matt. Annoyingly he said that this essentially is my own error as the stickers I ordered were printed on a printer which does not print white. Here is the webpage of the sticker type I ordered which specifically says the following... Custom Transparent Stickers | Transparent Sticker Printing - Edge Stickers Transparent stickers are printed digitally CMYK and are NOT WHITE BACKED. This means the colours and design printed will be translucent (let the light through). When placed onto white or silver backgrounds this will be fine, but if you place these stickers onto a dark background then the colours of the sticker will be adversely affected and less clear. If you require your transparent stickers to have colours that are solid and/or white-backed then please refer to our screen printed or spot colour stickers. Transaprent or clear stickers can be made in a similar way to normal stickers. Transparent stickers can be made to any size, in any quantity and cut to any shape. Our transparent stickers are suitable for outdoor use with inks that offer great UV resistance and adhesive bond lifes from 3 to 5 years. When producing your artwork, remember that any white part of your design will not be printed and will be left completely transparent on the sticker. For full colour tranparent stickers it is important to note that we are unable to put a white primer underneath the colours. This means full-colour transparent stickers are not suitable to be placed on dark backgrounds (white or silver surfaces are recommended). If you need white printing on your transparent stickers then this is possible. Please refer to our screen printed or spot colour stickers. So essentially this is my fault, although my mistake was to assume that 1: white means an absolute value of white, rather than shades of grey as used in the stickers I ordered. 2: The individual that checked my proof and returned it to me would have been able to say that it was no good, rather than just asking me if it was ok to print. Annoyingly, it wasn't going to cost me any money but will now cost me another £60 to order another 100 stickers and 66p per order for a first class stamp. If it's all the same to you guys, it will be cheaper for me to refund you all than to re-order stickers. I'm sorry chaps but this has been a royal pain in the ass and I'm not willing to sink another £100 in to this. I'll begin refunding everyone now. Sorry again chaps.
Don't worry about a refund for me Tom. It's pennies for me being one sticker but it'll mount up to a few quid for you. No worries and cheers for the effort anyway.
Got to take my time to find somewhere to put my stickers in that case. As above not bothered about a refund and if you do order some more I'll have a couple of them to Cheers

Just got them tom, haven't checked them yet, but noticed I have received a refund. Tom if it is all the same to you, I don't want nor need a refund, You thought you did the right thing, and I now have 2 small Ducati stickers .
Tom - I'm going to refund you my refund. They're for a white bike so I'm going to put them on anyway! You went to a lot of trouble and even if it didn't turn out quite as expected, I think you deserve some good fortune! I hope everyone feels the same? I may even buy some more as I'm sat here eyeing up the white radiators in the lounge!!
