I have Buckminsterfullerene balls running in an ultra high vacuum on my abacus. But I can't find anywhere to put my tax disc.
So are any of the ten Grayling rules ludicrous? Which ones? Or is it the idea of following those rules which is ludicrous? Is there any difference?
