I'm not sure Marquez actually just rides the bike.

fair point, & ET too, I'm not a big fan of MM, admire his skills (not very healthy for the sport a bit like Doohan's reign at the top) but MM is obviously doing stuff the rest can't or won't, I suspect whatever bike you put him on he'd probably manage a podium!

 

MM is just a new breed who have adapted to the style thats needed to ride the current bikes and tyres. Look how Rossi have changed his style this year, Lorenzo hasnt. While Lorenzo is now a better rider than Rossi, both on a Honda I'd back Rossi to beat him. And MM to smoke them both

You would never see these young fellas going anywhere near the limits that electronics make possible now back in the the day.Interesting racing if you like it like this.I like the days where you need to actually ride it a bit more,skill in your head,remember that? was just as boring racing sometimes no matter which era we are talking about,big balls...have i already said that? and people used to smile a lot more and seemed to enjoy it.

Look at mm's camp all smiley and see how good they have gotten into lorenzo's mind.Even the big honda boss who was telling mm he was too slow in the opening laps last year is kissing his arse now,what do you guys think? this does'nt look or feel like fun anymore to me.
