  10. Went to Stafford Classic Show 400mile round trip [in the van] great day out, plus I sorted a ride on a Seeley Weslake for meeting in July.

This afternoon I have been watching yesterdays Moto GP, which I managed to record on my BT Youview box I connected up on Saturday.I felt rather pleased that I managed to do this feat of technical excellence with only two requests to my son for help.One of them caused my son and Mrs Mervyn a great deal of amusement-I got to the stage of powering up the box,but couldn't find the power switch.Mrs Mervyn said it was the circular thing on the front with the universal power sign on it.She tried it-nope.Son comes in to investigate after we called him in,he is very clever with this sort of high tech stuff.He asks.'Have you plugged it in to the power socket'?Doh.:rolleyes:
