Dani at Suzuki next year is looking very possible if you listen to all the pit lane chatter. JL will stay at Yam for 2016, but will insist that Yam pull its finger out. 2016 is another matter
It seems a bit done and dusted for this season. The Honda is faster than all the other bikes. Marquez is faster than Pedders. Pedders is about the same as Jorge, but he has a better bike. So barring accidents and missed races, Marquez will win the championship by a mile, followed by Pedders and then Lorenzo. The Spanish benefit continues. Any interest will be confined to how the Ducatis improve vs Rossi, Badl and Asparagus - once he can stay on the thing. Also it will be interesting to see Bradders' progress. But Marquez has in some way bolloxed it up. He's just too good and the others all know it. There now seems to be resignation rather than annoyance where he is concerned, but then when he sticks a second to everyone in qualifying, that's pretty much the only sentiment that makes sense.
Well Lorenzo and Dani will have few battles. Same Dani and Marquez as I bet Marquez will crash out one maybe two times this season. I love to watch him ride and you can see on the grid he is one of few people that do it for fun and thrill (rest like Dani and Lorenzo do it as a job). That means to get more thrills he needs to go faster and faster like adrenaline junkie.
I still reckon Lorenzo is fast enough against Marquez IF he had the bike to compete, as he doesn't I'm afraid I agree...season over. That gents is why I love WSBK and BSB , there's at least 5 or 6 that can win a race and all different personalities.... It's great
It's the whole thing that's the problem, the rules have been tightened and tweaked to such a degree that it only favours honda and that's that. I've said it before and I'll say it again, who gives a monkeys about mpg and fuel efficiency when it comes to racing? Also let them develop the bikes throughout the season, otherwise what's the point in anybody watching the rest of the year? It WILL be a Honda in first or second (or both) for every race this year UNLESS we have a freak occurrence like a wet track or heavy crash. It's just crap, great riders, great bikes, great glamour......crap series.
If it wasn't for about 15 other riders I reckon even laverty could've won Nah just kidding, he'd of binned it on an open track
