  1. Mine often has a little fairy dust...I just put new chip fat in and keep rollin'...

  2. How much are we talking. A few bits stuck to the magnet are quite normal... half a crank isn't lol

  3. Normal...

  4. Hi Hutch, no different main dealer. I also used the motul 300v. The state of the oil really made me wonder. Mine too supposedly had the big service too at around 7000 miles when I bought it. The brake and clutch fluid were also black when I picked it up but I am told they quickly lose their colour.

  5. Blimey nelson, nowhere near as much as the "normal" pic. Really, that much is ok?

  6. Maybe a bit excessive....;)
My last oil change had some bits, like I said as long as there aren't lumps, I don't worry.
When you think there are a lot of cogs all meshing, whizzing and turning, it's no surprise that there are a few bits, that's what the magnet in the plug is for.

  7. Hydraulic fluid does turn quick in these bikes but the engine oil shouldn't... Unless the rings or valves have gone.... Anyhoo, mine doesn't blow smoke & the Motul stays spirit level yellow so the only conclusion here is that they didn't drop the oil... Gits

  8. Can I have your old oil? :Greedy:;)

  9. I'm a bit anal about my oil... Anal oil?... You'd not want that hahaha

Anyway, I already have a contract with Ducati UK... Wonder why they want my old engine oil?
