  16. He will be a Registered Sex Offender upon his release and with that tariff will be for life. Meaning he will have to complete notification of foreign travel orders, complete annual registrations and be subject to home visits, the frequency of which will depend upon the static risk that he poses, which in this case I suspect will be deemed to be low, however this will not preclude him from travelling to foreign countries. Whether Spain will disallow him to enter or reside will be on a case by case basis. Gary Glitter was deported due to further sexual offending in Vietnam, and was then deported back to the UK.
    I also doubt whether an on conviction Sexual Offences Prevention Order was applied for or granted for Clifford.
