Ok so i haven't just "bought" this for my bike but having recently posted that I had procured a set of headers thought I would post the difference between a poorly manufactured set of Termi headers and how they can look with the able assistance of a forum polishing guru!! that would be arthurbikemad. now they do look nice! would luv to do mine but i know all the work involved in mirror polishing and the time it takes. job well done!
and fitted. think it looks ok in black. had thought about fitting them carbon fibre air vents. but it might be too much???
Thanks bettes, but as much as i would like to take the glory, these were polished for me by Arthur, I have it on good authority that he is less than inclined to do any more

Let's see - an engine, chain, sprockets, tyres, fluids, some incidental bodywork ... The 750 will live once more!
Track fairings. Need to a bit of modding such as adding some mesh to the ram air ducts, repairing a few lugs, getting some indicators in the rear vents and working out a decent way of securing the seat cowl without the use of the seat lock (i'll have a thread up for this once Ive had a good look at what I need to do )
Picked up my SS seat cowl from the paint shop. He's done a cracking job! And before any smart arses make a comment, I know the drive needs spraying with weed killer it's on my ever expanding list!
Some more heat wrap for the entire exhaust. Plus some heat shield to do the underside of my seat and various other areas. Yeah Tom. Stomp at £39! It better be good.
Some decent gauze, duct tape and some epoxy resin....im going to make my track fairings better....which wont be tricky
Not for my bike, but my freelander has been in the workshop for the last 3 months getting it's head gasket replaced slow time. I was expecting a hefty bill of 4 figures... ended up costing £680 for a head skim, new gasket, a service and a cam belt. Happy days! A garage tried to offer me £400 for it when it first went, saying it would cost £1200 to fix and need a new engine. Cheeky gits. I'm bloomin glad I didn't sell it now as I'd have lost 2k's worth of car! (Sutton Land Rover Services is the company I used. Neil is the guys name and he's a decent dealer at good prices and knows Land Rovers like the back of his hand. I would thoroughly recommend him.)
