    It was £10.00 postage from italy
    The guy seems to have good feedback and has some other interesting books listed.

  4. Thanks for the tip off, one left now, checking re postage, not sure if it's £10 or 10euros, either way been looking for this book a long time, most copies seem to be silly money........Mike

  10. a couple of years ago, should sell it becuase if prices rise too much they will reprint them
